m444 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and m444 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") for your use of the m444 website at m444.im and all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

By completing registration on m444, clicking "I Agree," making a first deposit, or placing your first bet, you are confirming that you accept these Terms fully and unconditionally. This acceptance applies each time you log in and use the platform. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you are personally accepting these terms and representing that the other person has also agreed.

m444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via the platform or by SMS to the number on your account. Your continued use of m444 after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use m444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. m444 operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Location: You must be accessing m444 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court are not eligible.
• Account status: You must not be subject to any existing m444 self-exclusion, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
• Employee restriction: Employees of m444, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold active player accounts.

m444 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one m444 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

m444 applies a KYC process that may require you to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. m444 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

All transactions on m444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may apply their own limits.

m444 currently accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and OTC)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your m444 balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider — for most mobile wallet transactions this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.

m444 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity on your m444 account. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

m444 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification for large transactions as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on m444 is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If this is not possible, m444 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Standard account withdrawals are processed within minutes for most PKR mobile wallet methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. VIP Club members at Silver tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing; Platinum and Diamond members receive same-day or instant processing respectively.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled. Your balance will remain in your account until verification is completed.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The deposit turnover requirement — where applicable to your account status — must be met before withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies only to accounts where deposits have not been wagered through at least once.
• Any active bonus balance must be settled (wagering requirements met or the bonus declined) before the remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• m444 may place a short verification hold on withdrawals from accounts that have recently changed contact or payment details, or where unusual activity has been detected.

m444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each offer has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published on the individual offer page at the time it is made available.

By claiming any bonus on m444, you accept the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The key principles that apply to all m444 bonuses are:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per offer.
• Bonus validity — all bonuses expire if their wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal — some bonuses have a cap on how much can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is stated on the offer page.
• One bonus at a time — only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will require the previous bonus to be declined or completed first.
• Abuse prevention — m444 monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and may be permanently excluded from future offers.

m444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In cases of error in bonus amounts or promotion descriptions, m444 reserves the right to correct the error and honour only the intended offer value.

All bets and game sessions on m444 are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip or game round is submitted and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

For sports betting on m444, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant authority, bets will be settled in accordance with m444's sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section.
• Obvious errors in odds — including mechanical errors, data feed errors, and manifestly incorrect pricing — are grounds for m444 to void affected bets regardless of their settlement status. This is not a routine practice and is applied only in clear-cut cases of pricing error.
• m444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event, and to restrict individual accounts from certain markets where irregular betting patterns are detected.

For casino and digital games including Teen Patti, Live Casino, Aviator, Card Games, and Ludo, the game-specific rules displayed on each game's interface apply. In cases of technical failure mid-game, m444 will use the last confirmed game state to determine the outcome. Where no reliable game state can be recovered, stakes are returned to the player's account.

Participation in the m444 VIP Club is automatic for all registered accounts in good standing. VIP tiers are calculated based on a rolling 30-day loyalty point total, where one point is earned for every Rs 10 wagered across all games and sports markets on m444.

Monthly cashback is credited to your m444 PKR balance on the 1st of each calendar month, calculated on your net losses during the prior month. Cashback is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn immediately or used to play.

VIP tiers may be adjusted downward if activity levels fall below the threshold for your current tier on a rolling 30-day basis. m444 provides a 14-day grace period before any tier reduction takes effect, and Platinum and Diamond members will receive advance notification from their account manager.

m444 reserves the right to modify VIP Club structures, cashback percentages, and tier thresholds with 30 days' notice to affected members. Changes to the VIP Club do not constitute grounds for withdrawal of a pending cashback calculation already in progress for the current calendar month.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m444 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and possible permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method or account details
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in card games, Teen Patti, or any multi-player format
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events
• Systematic bonus abuse including low-risk hedging and coordinated multi-account offers exploitation
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members
• Any activity that m444 reasonably determines to be an attempt to defraud the platform or other players

m444 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity patterns using automated tools and manual review. Where prohibited activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation before communicating a final decision to the account holder.

Players may close their m444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after a final KYC and activity check. Bonus balances and points accrued under the VIP Club are forfeited upon account closure.

m444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide KYC documentation within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ months may be marked dormant)

In cases of account closure for rule violations, any balance associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited. m444 will communicate its reasoning to the account holder and provide a dispute resolution process for contested closures.

m444 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players to support healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Changes to increase limits take 24 hours to take effect; decreases are immediate.
• Session time limits: Set alerts for how long you've been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from m444 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from m444 for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. During the exclusion period you will not receive any promotional communications and cannot access your account.

Your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history — is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, meet legal obligations, and provide customer support. m444 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

m444 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit, and stores account data on secure servers. Access to your personal data within m444 is restricted to personnel with a legitimate need for that access.

m444 provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m444's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your balance held in your m444 account at the time the claim arises.

m444 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
• Decisions you make regarding how to bet or play on m444
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials

m444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to you via in-app notification or SMS at least 7 days before they take effect, where practical.

Minor updates including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the intended meaning, and additions that only expand player rights may be made without prior notice.

The current version of the Terms will always be available at m444.im/terms-conditions and will show the date of last update at the top of the page. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically, particularly before making large deposits or taking advantage of new promotions.
